Outré is a limited-edition brand. Please note that the brand does not undertake to keep in stock all items shown on the website.
Our courier will deliver your order within up to 8 business days once the payment is approved. After your order is confirmed and entered, the brand will verify the customer’s details with the credit card company. Once approved, a confirmation email will be sent to you.

and the payment is approved. After the order has been confirmed and entered, the brand will verify the customer’s details with the credit card brand. After the order is approved, notification will be sent to you. Items can be returned or exchanged up to 14 days from the date of receipt.
Returns
In-store purchases: Refunds are available only within 48 hours from the date of purchase, with receipt, if the item is unused, in original condition, and not purchased on sale. After this period, items may be exchanged only, subject to availability.
Online purchases: You may return or cancel your order within 14 days from the date of receipt, in accordance with Israeli Consumer Protection Law (distance sales). Returns are accepted only if the item is unused, unwashed, unaltered, in its original packaging, with tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Sale items: Final sale. No returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted for items purchased on sale. For hygiene and exclusivity reasons, accessories, lingerie, and custom-made items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Items that are not returned in their original condition (worn, washed, altered, damaged, or without tags) will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Refunds
Refunds for online purchases will be issued to the original payment method, minus cancellation fees as permitted by law (up to 5% of the transaction or 100₪, whichever is lower).
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your credit card issuer. Outré reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions stated above.
